Our story
We were founded in Cape Verde in 2023, out of our founder's professional path and the will to give organisations across the islands strategic support that is both close and demanding. We started with consulting and training, and progressively extended our work to events, experiences and international connections.

The origin of the Human Leaders Ecosystem
From a vision of leadership centred on people.
The Human Leaders Ecosystem grew out of a simple observation from DILUB's daily work: organisations only change when the people leading them grow. To answer that in a structured way, DILUB created an ecosystem that brings together training, events, consulting and community — four pillars that feed each other and sustain the support given to every leader and every organisation.
