What we did: Concept and programme design, speaker and partner recruitment, production coordination, protocol and communication.
Solution: An integrated programme bringing conferences, networking, MatchPoint, Awards and Morabeza Night together on a single platform.
Results: The Human Leaders Summit established as the ecosystem's international platform, positioning Cape Verde as a stage for leadership gatherings.
